When I visit a city, hotel, or other destination I love, I like getting a souvenir. I'm not one for those being tee shirts, but when I saw this one in Asheville I couldn't resist! And I can't resist this fall's trend of enamel pins. I found these eyelash ones on Etsy and thought they were a perfect way to update my trusty denim jacket.
If you follow me on Snapchat you know I found sunglasses I thought I lost in my backpack when I went to Raleigh. Since I found them, I treated myself to buying some replacement makeup at Sephora. This lipstick was either a promo code GWP or a VIB offer, and I really really like it. It's a true red, matte, but not dry looking. It looks as though I just colored my lips red and it wears away in a gentle way where I don't look as though I ate off my lips. It's a mini lipstick; I'll see if by the time it's used up if I'll buy the full-sized version.
Shoutout to ASOS Curve which carries plus size jewelry. As a curvy girl, I've had a hard time finding a choker that doesn't literally choke me. This spring I got one from Baublebar that broke with a sneeze. This one from ASOS Curve is adjustable, so I could even wear it lower and add a pendant to it. They have plenty of curvy-girl jewelry like larger rings, arm bands, bracelets, watches, and plenty more styles of chokers. Here's to brands making trends accessible to all!

Okay, that title is totally misleading because I have no way to wear white and not be a complete mess. Yet somehow I did it. My friend Sylvia and I scheduled a lunch together to catch up and talk blogging; she was invited to an influencer event afterward and invited me to be her date. …
Welcome to the December edition of What I Wore Off the Blog! Looks that didn’t end up in an actual outfit post, maybe ended up on Instagram in a Story or in the feed, and better showcase what I wear on a daily basis and how I re-wear the same things over and over, what…
Now that the cast is off and the swelling has gone down, I can finally get into the spring fashion spirit! Here’s a few things I have recently purchased and like very much: 1. Well all know my adoration for stripes; when I saw this shirt at J. Crew Factory was only $21 I had…
For good plus-size costume jewelry, check out Avenue! The quality of their clothes can be hit or miss for me, but their jewelry is AWESOME and they often have really good sales on it. I got a ton the last time I went and have gotten a lot of compliments on it.
I’ve been loving the choker trend. And it really broke on a sneeze? It’s almost the title of a country song!!!
You’re right —those boots are your best friends (and for good reason!!)
You look hot, girl!!
