Friday night I got home and realized I spilled on my dress, so I switched to the dress that arrived in the mail – the “Kate” dress from J. Crew in “Flame.” This is a bright orange-red that I adore. On sale and with a coupon so the dress was a cheap as Old Navy. Score! Same accessories.
Attended a circle of women in my community which was really wonderful. Met some new people, connected closer with those I already knew, had some of the BEST watermelon of the season!
Saturday… for the life of me I cannot remember Saturday. Oh yes, yoga, then lunch with my mom, then ran errands. I came home and tried out some of the camping supplies for our upcoming trip to Bonnaroo, waterproofed my Duo boots, took a nap, went out to dinner… nothing terribly exciting and no pictures.
Sunday began with errands and then yoga.

I believe leopard, cheetah, and other animal prints are a neutral. Whether or not they include brown or black, the pattern just works so nicely with so many colors as well as other patterns. The other day in my closet, I noticed how leopard print gives that necessary contrast to make black with navy feel…
I was visiting my MySpace account and was approving friend request and as I usually do, I look at the pages of people who want to be my friends and inspect their friends. Through this process I came upon the page for Chronique Couture and just knew I had to write about this company on…
In my dressy fashion emergency kit post, Lisa mentioned in the comments that the post needed an image of a capsule wardrobe. It’s funny, I write about capsule wardrobes all the time, but didn’t even think of this emergency kit being a capsule wardrobe! I decided to elaborate a bit in a separate post as…
My life is far calmer with me doing my writing only at certain short periods of time during the week, but it’s like next thing I know a month has gone by and I haven’t written about a super cool experience or a trip, or new things I bought or whathaveyou! So anyway, I went…

I am however, having a little difficulty doing searches in finding recommended clothing and accessories links. Have you…
LOVE that dress with those sandals. What a fantastic color, reminds me of that long ago blood orange Mizrahi sweater at Target.
