I was not my usual chipper self this morning and just wanted something easy to wear. I got this tunic at the town festival this weekend – I tried it on for my sister, she said it was awesome, I bought it. I was thinking casual weekend look or maybe beach coverup. I wasn't planning on wearing it to work but it looked too comfy to pass up on such a day. It actually has longer sleeves, but I pressed and pinned them to a bracelet length to show off the bracelets.

Glad you guys got a laugh from my April Fool’s Outfit. Do thank Sarah at StyleIT for it; we were messaging with one another last night trying to decide how to celebrate the day. Went to a roller derby. We had a charter bus take us there with all we could drink PBR, then the competition, then the ride back to the bar where we were to spend the evening. Casual affair and a hot day. Black ribbed tank from Caslon, Curvy bootcut jeans from Gap, silver hoops from…

There are no pictures from Wednesday because my husband has decided to paint the hallway. 1. Fabulous tunic, Allie! I want it! You’re lucky I live so far away from you (and oh yes, am a couple of sizes larger as well…..)

  2. The necklace really makes the ensemble!! I bought a gorgeous turquoise statement necklace from Shoe Dazzle and wore it yesterday with a red maxidress and flat sandals-loved it, chic and comfy.

  3. Oh you have monster hands too? That’s why I never wear wide bangles, can’t wiggle them over my paws. These are slightly bendable so I can get them on. Though I ordered a 2nd set in a different color and they seem a hair smaller. Could still get on, but not as easily.

  4. Allie, I LOVE this. You look fantastic. And I continue to ogle those bracelets. I am very, very tempted to buy some, but afraid they wouldn’t fit over my monster hands.

  5. Very cool tunic! I agree with your sister, it’s very flattering and if it’s comfy that’s a bonus too! I’m glad it’s going to work and play!
