Have a few meetings today so needed to look professional, but felt a bit under the weather last night so had restless and little sleep. Lycra to the rescue! Each piece in this ensemble is stretchy and comfortable but still maintains a level of professionalism.

  1. I love this outfit. It is very professional, it brights you up, it fits you perfectly and slims you. I like the way these pants fit you. And I love your make up, as always.

  2. I’ve never commented here before, but OMG, your look is perfection! I’m dying to order this blazer but I teeter on the edge between woman’s and plus sizes (around size 16/18). Does this blazer run small?

  3. I love the blazer you are wearing and I’ve been keeping my eye out for a similar one that’s more grad-student budget friendly 😉

I finally found one today at Target for $24.99 in the Junior’s department! The brand is Xhilaration, in case anyone wants to invest 😉

  4. What a trickster of an outfit! You look fab, but I bet it’s as comfy as the pj’s you wish you were in!

  5. My first thought was, “wow, her skin is really luminous” and then I read that you’d had little sleep. I’d never have known!
    Your striped blazer is perfect.
Did you get my email? 🙂

  6. This outfit really looks nice on you! Everything is just spot on. Nice proportions, great color, and comfort to boot!

  7. The shawl collar jacket is killin’ me! I love the red pop and super polished shoes. It all pulls together really well and I never would have guessed you weren’t feeling 110%.

I wish I had more moolah! I love the aesthetic of jackets but I hate the structure and non-stretch of normal blazers and suit jackets. Can you help me find budget friendly jackets that mimic blazers like this?

  8. Super outfit! You look fresh as a daisy and polished to the T! Would never guess you lost sleep and feel a bit out of sorts. That’s the name of the game in these go, go and keep on going work environments.
